Pay monthly services

I am out of contract now after 24 months i want to log in to upgrade! i have spoken to the customer services who were not interested in giving me anything worth my while to keep me as a customer, no help here, considering leaving now and going to another network.

I have the same issue as the original poster:

"I am a pay monthly customer.

When I log in to my account I am prompted to select one of the 3 following options:

1. I am a pay monthly customer
2. I am a pay as you go customer
3. I'm a business customer

I select option No.1.

The screen then displays:

Registration Error

Requested service is already available on the number"

Please can someone help resolve this issue.

This error will normally indicate that the number is already registered with an active username.
