Pay monthly services

Hi

I am a pay monthly customer.

When I log in to my account I am prompted to select one of the 3 following options:

1. I am a pay monthly customer
2. I am a pay as you go customer
3. I'm a business customer

I select option No.1.

The screen then displays:

Registration Error

Requested service is already available on the number

I've tried to resolve this issue (several times over the past 12 months) via email to Vodafone support. However to put it mildly, this has not been successful. In fact, I just got an email from Vodafone Billing Centre telling me that because my bill is available online I will no longer receive paper copies. I have two issues with this:

1. I need to keep paper copies of my bill
2. My bill is not available to view online as each time I try to view it I get the Registration error detailed above

Can somebody please help me sort this out?

I have exactly the same problem as described in detail by bowman147. Having confirmed my e-mail address I am unable to register my mobile number and access bills online as the system keeps saying that the requested service is already avaliable on the number. I am a pay monthly customer. Help much appreciated.

I have the same problem too.  I just switched from PAYG to pay monthly and got my number moved over to the new phone.  When I login to my existing My Account asks me the same question and when I choose "pay monthly" tells me there is an error.  When I try to register again it tells me the number is already registered.  Help!

I have seen a few times the online account doesn't pick up the change of service and you get this error.

It is pretty easy to fix though. So that we can get it sorted I have just sent you an email, please reply back to that with the relevant information we can get in touch

Hello, each time I log on to my Vodafone account I am prompted to register my device. no matter which option I choose I get an error message – “Requested service is already available on the number”

The only other option I have on my account is ‘view profile’, I’m not able to see anything related to my price plan/bill etc..

Can you please advise?

Im having the exact same problem.  Been trying to sort if for ages with no success..  Can someone please help me as im getting sick of trying over and over agin and getting no where..  Im wanting to upgrade and wanting to stay with vodafone but you  ot making it easy.
