Re: MPAY charges

Hi Shetland,

it may be a subscription service via Vodafone....on your handset browser go to "myweb.360.com/bmk/MyVodafone" or "live.vodafone.co.uk:80/bm/myaccount"

there is a link to "manage subscriptions" and it will list any you have from Vodafone...and you have option to cancel them

you will need to wait til someone from Vodafone to come along and look into it

Re: MPAY charges

Hi,

I have also had £5.00 deducted from my account for a purchase each month. I have been to the vodafone live link and had a look at my subscriptions. The only one I had (as I've just cancelled it) was a sat nav one that was supposed to be free (and said so as the price). There are no other purchases/ subscriptions on my account, so where is the £5.00 coming from? It is definitely something I haven't bought knowingly as it goes out of my account at 0150 (Tuesday 14th this month).

Hello Helen

MPay is the Vodafone portal to pay for a purchase such as a ringtone or a monthly subscription.

Go onto Vodafone Live, scroll down to my phone bill, scroll down to my purchases, my subscriptions.   You will be able to see what the purchase or subscription is for and cancel from there.
