Monthly renewal?

I've recently started a new contract, and am wondering if anyone knows how or where or even what I can check, to see when my minutes/time/MB will be renewed each month?

Or is it based on my first bill / or the date of the start of my contract, because my last contract, which I brought mid-month, would renew on the 1st of the following month.

Hi MissKaii,

 

It depends on which billing cycle you are on and if you give Customer Care a call, they will be able to let you know exactly when your minutes will roll over and when you will receive your first bill.

 

You will find a very good explanation for 'getting started with your Vodafone account' including your first bill on the New Vodafone Customers link on the forum.

You can check your remaining minutes, texts by calling 44555 aswell :smileyhappy:
