I've recently started a new contract, and am wondering if anyone knows how or where or even what I can check, to see when my minutes/time/MB will be renewed each month?
Or is it based on my first bill / or the date of the start of my contract, because my last contract, which I brought mid-month, would renew on the 1st of the following month.

It depends on which billing cycle you are on and if you give Customer Care a call, they will be able to let you know exactly when your minutes will roll over and when you will receive your first bill.
