Add me to the list. When I try to log in I get the following message:
Sorry
There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again or contact our help desk.
This is the same with both IE9 and with Firefox 7.0
Moreover I get the same error if I try the 'remin me' funtion to reset my password (not that I have any doubts that I am using the correct password).

the fault seems to have gone away - I can now log in successfully.
And thanks for the follow-up email I received today. But seriously guys, you don't expect me to give all that personal ID info over unsecure email, surely?

Hi. I'm new to Vodafone and these forums too! I am also unable to access my Account. I have tried resetting my password but it constantly tell me that my administrator hasn't yet granted me access - ie Me !
There's a button to send the administrator a reminder but that just gets sent back to me! I'm just going around in circles. Any ideas how to fix this? Have emailed support but haven't had a proper answer.

A further update to the above from my email to customer services:-
"I have checked your account, I can see that there is some issue with the online account. I have reported this matter with the details given by you to our online team.
This will take 8 - 10 working day to resolve"
8-10 DAYS !!!! You're kidding me??
On top of that, the customer service agent has emailed me my first bill and they've overcharged me already! I've not even had the phone a week!! I'm beginning to think I've made a big mistake joining Vodaphone already. Can soembody give me some assurances? Does anybody look at this thread anymore??

Having the exact same problem! cant log into my account, need to manage bills online, and cant log in!!

Whenever I see this issue for the online account it is normally down to more than one username being used for the same number. So that we can have a look at this I have just sent you an email, if you can reply back to that with the relevant information we can have a look at it for you.

To anyone at Vodafone who can help.
I am a new customer (about 5 weeks) and trying to set up an online account and seem to be having the problem similar to the other on this subject. "

I have tried to talk to Vodafone Customer services and emailed and have been very ***sed off at the service as they simply can not seem to be able to sort it out. The most frustrating thing is that I keep getting the same email responses from different people in their Customer Services centre telling me exactly the same thing on how to register a new account and I keep telling them that I am doing exactly what they said and yet it returns the error above. I am now very annoyed that a large Corporate like Vodafone is so robotic when it comes to customer service that i am thinking have I really made a mistake moving over from a rival?
Someone help?
