My Account Registration failure

Hello,

When I log in to the website I'm greeted with:

My account (restricted).

And two options, one for Pay Monthly and one for Pay As You Go.

I select mine, Pay Monthly, fill in my account number, date of birth and payment method. But as soon as I enter those details and go towards the next section I get:


"Unfortunately, your request cannot be processed.

We are unable to fulfill your request due to a temporary problem at our end. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. We hope to resolve this problem very soon, so please try again later."

I have never got past that stage, could somebody please help me, thank you.

My Account Registration failure

Hi Luke909,

I was getting this myself yesterday even though I've been registered for over a year now.:blink:

I've sent you an email so we can take a look at your account to check everything is in order, the only thing I'm aware of that stops registration is an overdue bill, if you are up to date then I would guess this is an error however we can't say for sure until we investigate.

Please reply with the requested information and we'll get this resolved for you.:)

I was getting this myself yesterday even though I've been registered for over a year now.:blink:

I've sent you an email so we can take a look at your account to check everything is in order, the only thing I'm aware of that stops registration is an overdue bill, if you are up to date then I would guess this is an error however we can't say for sure until we investigate.
