My Account online problem

Hi,
I am unable to call customer services at the moment so hope this will do.
I signed up to the onlline My Account features on the vodafone website but it keeps telling me i do not have the proper privileges set by my account admin. For some reason it thinks i have a business account. I also tried to download the Vodafone app on my phone and it tells me i have a business account aswell. When i joined Vodafone it was as a personal customer.
Could someone please get in touch regarding this.
