Called Vodafone yesterday to solve a problem, they promised to call back in 5 to 11 minutes but didn't so that in itself was somewhat annoying(also cost me 25p for nowt). After talking to an online advisor today (who was very good) I went on to the Vodafone website to remove Parental Control from my phone. I did what was required (tried twice at different times) and guess what, that particular bit of the site ISN'T WORKING. Vodafone is an absolutely huge company with pots of money so you would think they could keep a website working for the customers who supply all that money. I only want to watch the darts on my phone Mr Vodafone, is that so difficult?. I'm over 18 honest, in fact I'm 66. So if anyone has influence with the web engineers please have a word.

I'm sorry that you've been unable to remove Content Control from your number.
Any of our stores could do that for you if the website wasn't working for some reason.
