Not sure if anyone else has come across the issue, but signed up for online billing but everytime i login after the 3 options i get:
Requested service is already avaliable on the number.
Paperbased billing has been stopped as well, i have absolutely noway of finding out how much my bill will be or when it will be due for payment. Called up vodafone support, had a very friendly woman on the end but unfortunately had no idea what was going on it seemed, and promised it would be fixed within 24 hours. Still waiting a week later!
Anyone have any idea how to fix this, starting to pull my hair out with it! Not to mention the touchscreen on the phone has gone rather flaky as well.
