Sorry to hear that you're thinking of cancelling - is there any particular reason, because if it's something we can help with then I'd hate to see you go without trying.
mari1970 has been spot on with what they've posted, and we can arrange that for you, but at the same time if we might be able to persuade you to speak to our upgrades team to see what deals we may be able to offer - you'd be under no obligation to take them but we may have the ideal package for you - then we can arrange that as well.

haha is that your personal experience?
I'm still unsure whether my contract will be renewed every month until I cancel it or will renew each two years and I won't be able to cancel it till 2013!!

I've been a customer for 6 years and this latest problem I've had and just hit the nail in the head for me! I've just spoke to some guy in their upgrade department who's refunded me the handset price I had to pay an additional fee to and paid my monthly bill off for this month but they problem still hasn't been rectified but he's done a lot more in 5 minutes than Vodafone have done in two weeks! I have a tread at the moment - it will inform you of the hassle I'm going through at the now!

I'd personally go through 191 and select the 'leaving vodafone' option and they should sort you out with a very good offer etc... I've only come on here because I've had a upgrade gone wrong
