I was just wondering if someone knew if there was an issue with the My Account section on the V'fone website as I have been unable to log in the last feews to check my bill.
I just keep getting the following error message
There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again or contact us.
- Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated

To be honest it sounds like your account has been locked however, I won’t be able to confirm this until I take a look a t the online account in more details.
