Iv been with vodofone for a while and have a mobile and ipad contract with you. I pay £41 a month for 700mbs i think 700 mins and unlimited texts. Which was fine untill i broke my phone and now have a spare with very minimal internet access. I cant downgrade the mbs on my account so was wondering if theres any way you could help me get a new phone.mid be happy to upgrade early or take on a higher cost per month or whatever you suggest? Iv always gone over on my mbs befor and payed up to £100 for my contract and never quabbled befor . thanks guys x

If this is the case, it would be unlikely Vodafone would be able to give you a further subsidised phone when it has only been three months since the last new phone.
Your options now would be very limited when you have so long to go before you are eligible for an upgrade and the cheapest option would be to purchase a new phone at your own expense. You could cancel your present contract, which would leave you free to negotiate a new contract with a new phone.
The other option would be an additional line which with a new phone but that would mean paying for two contracts.
If your phone is repairable, there is always the repair route.
