I took the opportunity to order 2 pay monthly sims on 1/4/12.
I have had no contact from Vodafone beyond confirmation of the order. I telephoned customer service yesterday and after an age was given an account number and 2 mobile telephone numbers.
The girl claimed that the order was not a Vodafone direct order and wasnt made online.
I have not recieved the sims yet and when attempting to register on vodafone website, I get the message that thr number does not exist.
My order number is : o365679907
