New contract customer - should I have received more info in post?

I started a new contract with Vodafone last November, and all I ever received in the post was my SIM card. I didn't receive any paper work confirming my contact details, or any welcome pack or anything like that. Should I have? I know from past experience that Vodafone's account department have a different customer address system than the department / warehouse which deal with sending out SIMs / phones. I'm worred that the accounts departments have a wrong address, and all my stuff is being sent to someone else. I've given up trying to get through on 191 for now.

 

Can someone on here pelase help?

Their trying to save the trees man !! And reduce the carbon footprint, if you register for an online account online at www.vodafone.co.uk you will be able to see your contract and view your bills, you will be able to add or remove features yourself. Madcat01
