Please can somebody tell me where my order (ref: o372258746) is?

I phoned Vodafone on Monday to ask for my local store's phone number as I wanted to pick up a HTC One X as an upgrade. The salesman said it would be better for me to order over the phone and that the phone will be delivered on Wednesday (today).

I haven't even had a despatch email yet. I've made arrangements for somebody to stay at the delivery address today, to sign for the order, however it looks like it's not even on it's way?!

If I had known it would take this long I would have just picked it up in store on Monday, as I originally wanted to. I really need to know when it's going to be delivered as if it's not today or tomorrow, the delivery address needs changing as there will be nobody in on Friday or over the weekend.

There has been a big back log of deliveries over the bank holiday weekend. Call 191 to get a delivery date.

I don't have access to a phone hence why I am asking online.

Did you ask for a tracking number for the order? Without that there isn't much you can do I'm afraid.

Are you employed by Vodafone or just answering with your own opinions?

No tracking number was provided when placing the order with Vodafone over the phone, as it had not yet been despatched. I can't think of any company that could possibly provide a tracking number upon placing an order.

The tracking number should follow in a despatch email, which I have not yet received, despite that the phone should be delivered today.

Just answering with what I know. Like I say I doubt you can follow it without that number.

I really doubt the phone has actually been despatched as promised, hopefully someone from Vodafone will answer me shortly so I can make other arrangements.
