Hi, I cancelled my pre-order for the Galaxy S2 and the corresponding contract extension yesterday afternoon as I had second thoughts about my choice. When I access my account online and click on 'Upgrade Phone' to see what else is available all I see is a message saying 'There is no number present on this account' with no further options. Any idea whats going on?

I'm having exactly the same problem! I've registered with My Account, but everytime I click to see my upgrade options it tells me 'there is no number present on this account', even though when I go into my account to register my number it's already there...
Would like to get this sorted soon please!

Welcome to the eForum it is always good to see new faces on here.
We can certainly look at your upgrade options.

I am having the same problem. I have been a Vodafone customer for years. But now when I log in, and I go to check my upgrade options, it asks me to 'log in to see your upgrade options', I then click on the link and I get the following -
'there is no number present on this account'

Im having this problem to, everytime i log into my account and go to upgrade it says no number present on this account. I'v spoken to vodafone and they told me to used another computer and it says the same.

I must admit that this is a strange one however, you don’t need to worry as I’m sure we can get you the deal you want.

Hi, i was due an upgrade last month but am only just getting round to it - wanted to check what my upgrade options are but when i try and look it says the same 'no number present on this account' message even though ive definitely registered it as it says 'number already registered' in a different part of the site.
