I noticed that when i was in Belgium, vodafone tried to take money out of my account but there was no funds in it and now that i am back in London, my account is disabled and any calls or internet is all disable on my blackberry bold! i tried calling 191 for customer service, and seemed to go through but right at the moment when it puts me through it disconnects! So how I am supposed to get enabled again, I have put money in my debit card few days back..Before when this happen it just took money out and it was fine.

If a Direct Debit fails to go through we would request the payment a second time from your bank straight away. If the second attempt fails as well then you would need to make a manual payment. Once the overdue balance is cleared this would automatically remove any bars from your phone.
You can make a manual payment by calling a member of our customer services team on 08700 700191 if you are in the UK or +447836 191191 if you are still overseas.
To pay the money directly into the bank you would need to pay the money into the following account. The sort code is 20-00-00 and the account number is 30830208. If you are going to pay via this method ensure that you give your Vodafone Billing Account Number as a reference then we can allocate the payment to your account.
You could also pay by cheque or postal order by sending either to Vodafone Ltd, PO BOX 932, Doncaster, DN4 5XW. Again make sure that you write your Vodafone Billing Account Number on the back so that we know which account the payment is for.
Don’t forget that you can also manage your bills online using our Online Billing service. This is great for when you are travelling as it means you can access the information at any time of the day from a PC anywhere in the world.

Sorry to here you are still having problems accessing the My Account services
This should have been re-enabled automatically once the payment hasn't been made.
Since this hasn't happened I will send you an email over to the account which you registered with us. Once you get this if you could fill this in and send it back to us. This will then allow me to access your account and get this sorted for you
