First post.. and a complaint.
In the past, whenever I try to view my bill online, I am continually being asked to verify my email address.. I am sick of doing it.. how many times does this need doing????
This hasn't helped me to view my bill.
Tonight, tried again, and only had to verify email once.. but when I tried to view my bill, just got a blank white screen.
I've tried taliking to the online help.. but unless you can type as fast as you can talk they do not stay and wait for you to try to help.
Last time.. I was asked to give my opinion.. I did and got no feedback myself.. I've emailed about this problem and it is ALWAYS IGNORED.
Some help would be appreciated.. Vodafone are not the only mobile phone company, and I can't believe the apathy shown towards a pay monthly customer.
