Online account administra tor hasn't approved your online coda one account?

I am having trouble using my online account. I get this message when i log in.
Hide this panel Your online account administrator hasn't approved your request to access your online Vodafone account. Until you are approved you will have limited access to online services.
I am the only user for my account. Can someone help me or point me in the right direction to get my account approved?

In the event of receiving this message, it would appear another number is seen as the primary number or has been set-up more than once and needs to be rectified on the account.

I have phoned up Vodafone but they haven't been of any use. I would like to know how to resolve this problem.

Hi there. I am having the same issue and I have had the previous accounts deleted as vodafone cs have suggested but I am still having problems logging in. Is there a way to access my account?

Thanks for your post about MyAccount.
The error you see would suggest that there's still a rogue registration in place that's preventing you from registering again.
I'll get an email over to your registered eForum address. If you can reply to that email with the requested information along with any possible usernames you may have used in the past, we'll be able to sort this one out.

I've been having this problem for over a year and am totally fed up with the amount of times I've been told that it would be sorted and it's not been.
Can someone fix mine for me please.

Hi mine is not working i cant see my bills or anything on my account as this is really annoying as i cant see if i have gone over could you please sort this out.

Hi
I am having the exact same problem. It is saying I need to get approval off the creator of the account and that is ME.. However I cannot approve anything as it is not giving me the option. Can you send me an e-mail to *************@hotmail.com with a solution so I can get this sorted once and for all as my upgrade is due tomorrow and I am considering changing provider if this is not sorted soon.
