I have a pay monthly contract whose 12 month term ended this december. I asked for it to be made a pay as you go sim once the 12 months was up. This has been done.
However I can no longer access my online account and view or print my bills which I need to do. I still get the email saying my bill is ready but cant access it.
Can someone from here please help restore my online account for me.

Hiya, when your account is cancelled from postpay, your online a/c closes, you can re-register it for a pre pay online account but thats not what you are looking for. I think its a downfall of the system (in my opinion).
You can call customer services and they can send you copies, not ideal if you are doing a tax return etc but I hope you get it resolved
