After 15 months on contract, can Vodafone please sort out my bloody online account. I have made numerous phones calls, emails and still they cant sort it out. It keeps saying it needs authorizing by the online administrator but thats ME!!!!!!!!!!. Get it bloody sorted!!!!!!!!!!!!

No need to be rude,

It's a common problem and one of the voda employees will be contacting you sometime within the next 24-36 hrs via pm to look into your acount and get this sorted 


Note I do not work for voda, My advice comes from experience and my opinions are my own

This happens if there is more than one online account registered to your number. It's just a case of finding the first registration (the administrator) and granting you access.
