I placed an Ipad last week.. Was in-Stock and everything fine. Received a confirmation same day saying credit-check went through and waiting for dispatch.
I haven't heard anyhing since then. I spoke to someone named Adrian on LiveChat who was friendly and from what I though, helpful.
It took him quite a considerable time to even find my order.. Once found he said he would need to ring the warehouse to see when they would dispatch the item.
I was told yesterday that the Item would leave the warehouse yesterday and that I would receive a txt notification and that it will arrive today.
I still haven't received any notification of what is happening and feel a little messed around to be honest.
Can someome please get back to me ASAP.. I have a current contract with you and have been with you a few years now and would really like to take this iPad contract out but now I am really contemplating staying with Vodafone and moving providers completely.

It;s fine.. i'm going to be changing providers. can't be bothered to deal with you guys anymore.. don't mean to be so abrupt but it is so frustrating dealing with any of you, especially when you're forking out a lot a month on contracts and just placed another order.
Vodafone used to have excellent customer service but in the past year It feels like Vodafone has just given up and don't appreciate their customers. This can be seen by the huge amount of complaints that are everywhere online against you guys.
I have a signicant amount left on my contract but I honestly don't mind paying the remainding just to get away.

The reason Matt didn't respond fully to your query is that he's a moderator and has to read all posts that come into the eForum and assign them to the Tech Team to work in chronological order. He therefore hasn't got the time to look into each customer query. Never fear though, I'm here to help
