Today I upgraded my very outdated Nokia 5800 to one of the latest smartphones available because I thought it would help keep me organised at work. I looked at a Blackberry that seem to be very popular at the moment. The Blackberry Bold 9780 was one of my favourites so I thought I'd order it, but I got sidetracked doing one thing or another. I came back later to order it but mistakenly ordered the Blackberry Bold 9700 which is not what I wanted.

Is there anyway that I can change the Blackberry Bold 9700 for the Blackberry Bold 9780? How do I go about doing such replacing?

Where did you order it from, online or telesales ?

First of all where did you upgrade? Online or telesales?

If it was just done today you can call up sutomer services and see if its still pending and get it cancelled.

If its put into motion then you can return it as soon as your get it to get the 9780. Obvious after you let customer services know lol

I purchased it today online, 

I tried calling today but the lines are closed on weekend, are they not?
