Please can someone trace this order for me?
I chatted online to a guy who couldn't eventually help with an online order.
I've emailed online logisitcs who keep coming back with an email headed "Good news....." and it never is. They just say "it's being processed"
I had both order confirmation and credit check emails back on the 23/12 but no dispatch email.
I need to speak to the ECare team maybe? I'm not ringing and hanging on the phone for ages, perhaps they can comment here?
Appreciate any help.

Hiya, with online orders you would need to contact the team on 08080 408 408 or email email@example.com for an update, hopefully a moderator might be able to forward it
