Pay monthly services

So I did an online upgrade on Friday 16th November to get the nokia lumia that was in stock. i spoke to call centre on Saturday 17th because I hadn't had my conformation text and she said it was due for delivery on Monday 19th November waited in all day and it didn't arrive so phoned them late that night and was told it would be here on Tuesday 20th November but if I didn't get the conformation text to phone them back and guess what no text so phoned them late on the 20th November and spoke to yet another call centre only to be told that the phone wont be out before Christmas and the phone isn't in stock although I had already spoke to the person on the 16th who said it is in stock yet again the service from vodafone has fallen well bellow the standard that I expect from you..

Get it sorted ASAP or IM of to a company that can deliver
