Pay monthly services

Hi I am on a pay monthly contract with unlimited texts and 1gb data.

I have just noticed that in Nov, Dec and my future Jan bill I am being charged for some of my text messages. This isn't a slight overcharge it is heading to well over £100 over the 3 months!

Has something changed since October? I am using more texts but not that many more!
