Vodafone is always looking for ways of making it easier for customers to manage their accounts. We have recently begun testing a new service, which calls customers when their account becomes overdue.
This system is completely automated and allows you to pay your bill automatically on the call. Currently it's restricted to a randomly selected small number of customers whilst we fine tune it.
If you receive a call it will be from 03333 048 067 and if you miss the call you will also be able to ring us back on the same number to make the payment in the same way, allowing you to easily manage your account.
