Pay monthly services

My daughter has locked her pay as you go mobile and it's asking for the PUK Code - I've tried ringing the 087000776655 number and given all the required details only to be told by the automated system that the service is not available at the moment!  Is there any other way of doing this as I'm sure it costs a fortune to ring an 0870 number?

You could try calling 191 from your phone and asking to be put through to PAYG.

If your daughter has an online account, she will be able to get the PUK from there.   A Vodafone store will always help, but that will be tomorrow now.

You can instantly get your PUK code from your online account.

If you give Customer Services a call (automated service) from an alternative phone, you will be able to get the code.  Alternatively, a Vodafone store will be able to get the code for you.

I have a Spanish pay as you go mobile but it's blocked and I need a puk code because I don't have a UK number it will not let me fix it on the website so how do I get the puk code required?

As you have a Vodafone ES number, the PUK will have to come from them.

Vodafone UK would be unable to help you.

Hi, if you are a Vodafone Spain customer you will need to contact them directly for your PUK number.. The moderators on here will not be able to help as they only have access to Vodafone UK systems
