Pay monthly services

Hi

New to the forum. Searched but couldn't find the answer to this. I have two Pay Monthly phones for my kids. Is there any number they can dial from their mobiles that will tell them their remaining minutes (I don't want them to use the web site)?

Hi!

Yes there is - dial 44555, and then when asked to press 1. It will then send you a free text with how many minutes you've got left and how many texts you've sent.

You will need to register on the site for this service to work I think, but once you've done that you can just use the phones to check.

The 44555 will work without registering for anything, this won't work on the first month of having the number doe to the pro rata. But will work all the time after this.

Also if you sign up for "My Account" you can check the usage remotely.
