Hi there
Account Number: (removed for security)
I upgraded my pay monthly account on 31st December 2010 for the iPhone 4 but unfortunately I ordered the iPhone 3GS instead. I have received the handset today, I just need to know how to go about sending the handset back and getting the correct iPhone 4 sent out.
As yous will be able to see from my account, it is my grandson who administers this account and he is authorized to speak on my behalf as I have speech and hearing difficulties.
If yous can explain to me the process for getting this sorted out.
If a member of Vodafone staff could even email me, we could get this sorted out ASAP.
Many thanks
E Cantley

In order for the phone to be logged as returned, the phone has to go back the same way as it came If you ordered online, there should be return instructions with the delivery.
You can contact the V Store by calling 08080 408 408 or, alternatively email them on v-store@vodafone.co.uk
You will have to cancel the 3GS contract with the return and take out a new contract for the iphone 4. You will find that the iphone 4 will be a more expensive phone that the 3GS and will most likely require an additional payment.
There is a time limit of 7 days to make the return.
I hope this helps your Grandson.
