Please Help - Account Locked

Hi,

I have reset my password to access my online account but when I attempt to login it says it is locked.
I can't find any information on how this should be remedied.

After three phone calls to customer services I was placed in a queue for about 15 minutes and subsequently abandoned.

I am very frustrated with this.
Please can you tell me how to unlock my online account??

Please Help - Account Locked

You really will need to contact Customer Services in order to get your account unlocked.

They will issue you with a temporary password and unlock the account.

The Admins can do it for you, but it will take a lot longer.

It is easier said than done. I have been on the phone pretty much all night and can't get them.

I am now pretty pee'd off with Vodafone!!!

Hi khev

Firstly, allow me to welcome you to the eforum, although I am sorry it isnt under better circumstances.

I apologise for you having experienced a long wait for contacting Customer service so let me help you further, I dont want you to be unhappy! You may have rang us at a busy period, as currently the call centre is not busy. We are a 24 hour business and there are peaks and troughs in how busy we seem to be with incoming calls.

AnnS is correct in saying I would need to obtain some details from you to be able to help you with your account access online. I will pop an email over to you after 6am this morning for you to send back to us and then we can take it from there.

Online Billing/My Account is a great service and I understand why you would be eager to get into it, I rely on it alot myself so lets get you back up and running as soon as possible!

Anything further I can help with then please let me know.
