hi i lost my phone just over a week ago and i have put a claim in with my insurance (policy admin) and they are asking for proof of purchase. The claim has been accepted and they are just waiting for me to send in proof of purchase. I upgraded my phone through this forum just over 6 months ago to a blackberry bold 9700 and cannot find any documentation that came with the phone. I have phoned vodafone customer services and they told me to email them from the website. I have done so and had no reply. Is there any one on the forum that can help out? it's a nightmare having no phone.
any help is muich appreciated,
