I lost my iPhone 4 and require a proof of purchase for my insurance claim through my bank account.
I have rang customer services and sent an email through the web portal as requested 3 days ago however have not yet heard anything, I rang again today and was told to send another email however this is now holding up my insurance claim.
If you could arrange for a proof of purchase to be sent ASAP I would be most grateful as I only have a certain amount of days to process the claim.

Shortly after writing this I spoke to someone on online chat that was able to help me and send me the proof of purchase within 1 hour.
I am really happy with the service I have recieved from the online chat team.
