Question regarding upgrade

[ Edited ]
I'm currently able to upgrade my iPhone 3G and I'm looking at the iPhone 4. I know the 4S is coming out but I'm not fussed on it at the moment. Now I have spoken to someone at vodafone who rang me regarding an upgrade and he was less than helpful. I am currently on £35 a month and I get 600 mins, unlimited texts and 500mb data. I'm looking to drop to the £31 a month tariff. But I don't fancy the £199 price tag on the phone. Do vodafone match competitors tariffs? I can get the same deal on 3, £30 a month for 300 mins, 5000 texts and 500mb of data and an upfront cost of £99. That I'm impressed with. After being told I'm a valued member of vodafone with 7 years service under my belt, what can vodafone do for me? Otherwise I'm off to 3

Re: Question regarding upgrade

Hi bigbadphil,

Sometimes it can take a short while for the email to reach you.

I've resent it once again, though if you don't receive it within a couple of hours, just post again.

Many thanks

Ian

Re: Question regarding upgrade

I just want to say a big thank you to Keyleigh a Customer Services Adviser who rang me and sorted everything out that I needed and wanted. No hassle, no fuss, straight to the point.

Not only was it the nicest call I've had from vodafone, but it was the only call I've ever had that didn't go round in circles.

Thanks again Keyleigh
