Dear Vodafone team,
Firstly, I took out my upgrade through the online team however have a few questions regarding the bills I've received since then.
Also I thought minutes and text counters get reset on the 1st of every month, yet I have been charged on the 5th of the previous two months for calls .
Please if you could email/call me back to the email/account registered to this username. Thanks guys.

Vodafone changed the billing system from monthly to anniversary billing and you are billed for the month you are in. When you upgraded, you would automatically been put on the new billing system and your allowance will run from the 4th to th 5th of the month with your allowance being refreshed on the 5th of the month.
If you do a search of the forum, you will be able to find previous threads which will explain how anniversary billing works.

As Ann says, the billing now runs on anniversary billing. It is not necessarily 4th to 5th though, mine is 10th of one month to 9th of the following month.
If you look on your recent bills you will see the advanced dates. For instance say your bill date was 13th of the month - your anniversary date may be 9th and you would see advanced billing for 10th of the current month to 9th of the following month. This would indicate your anniversary date as being 9th and that is the date each month when all the minutes, text and data monitors are reset.
I hope that helps but you can always wait for a forum Vodafone staff member to contact you to explain your personal billing in detail.

Thanks for the replies guys. Wonder why they implemented this new system, the old one seemed fine .
However if someone could please contact me as I would still like to ask someone about the bills I've received thus far.
