This is really frustrating - for some reason my option to set up a direct debit on my Voda account has never been available online, so I've been paying my bill by card. This worked fine when they sent reminder texts to my telephone, but now they seem to be sending them to my data card for some reason.
So, my phone was barred today, and I telephoned to try and pay. The telephone payment service didn't work - it wouldn't accept my inputs.
I then tried to pay online, and it said the service was unavailable.
I tried again over the phone, and pressed to be transferred to an operator, whereupon it told me calls to that number were restricted on the phone...
I then tried to e-mail vodafone customer services, typed my message, hit send, and got told that service was unavailable.
HOW HARD IS IT TO PAY MY BILL?!?
The eForum team have always been fantastic in the past - if someone can arrange to call me to take payment that would be amazing, almost as good as if someone could fix my ability to pay online...!
