Receiving And Viewing Picture Messages On Samsung Tocco

When receiving a picture message on my new Samsung Tocco I am unable to view it without going to the vodafone website. I have the configuration messages and still not happening. Can anyone help?

Definately sounds like the settings are not installed correctly.

send yourself the settings from here http://uk.samsungmobile.com/supports/confi...=00000000000003

Tocco ultra is right at the bottom, set your own pin number.
Once received, install the settings and when it asks if you want to set the details as default settings, choose yes.
Remember to switch device off and on again to ensure the phone has refreshed.

Thanks for your advice, I tried this again as i'd already done it but unfortunately still getting the link to the vodafone site rather than the actual picture.

For some reason the settings are nopt working.

Try the following;

Goto;
Messaging > Settings > MMS > MMS Profiles > Choose Vodafone/Contract WAP or Contract Internet/Internet Or Contract MMS

One of the has to work.

This is definitely being caused by your number not having been enabled for MMS. Vodafone Customers Services can sort this out for you by calling 191 from your phone - or if you don't mind waiting a little longer, we can handle this for you via email :)

An email is on its way to you know in case you'd rather take advantage of this option :)
