Can someone from Vodafone help me?
I've changed my home billing address, I changed this from the "My Account" and "Profile" options on the Vodafone website and edited my personal details.
The change of address appears to have worked and the new correct address appears in my profile .
But my problem is I am trying to upgrade, but when I add my upgrade phone and plan to the shopping basket, my old billing address appears in the details, and I cant' change them. This also means I can't use my debit card to pay for the upgrade, as the card is now regitered at the new address, and this doesn't match the old billing address in the checkout screen!
Can this be fixed to show my already entered new billing address?
