Repeated failure when trying to re -register online account

I have had nothing but trouble since upgrading my phone and changing my Direct Debit from one bank to another I have lost count of the number of messages and people I have spoken to to try to resolve this The advise I have received is always wait for twenty four hours by which time we will have deleted your online account and then you can register again without any information on file causing hang ups This does not work. I am a long standing business customer but recent experience leads me to think that Vodafone do not want my custom Does anyone have any idea how I can get back on line before my phone is disconnected again for non payment without being told.

Thank you James.
I sent. Information requested then found another email from customer care which advised me to delete cache and cookies before login.
I did this and lo and behold all now works fine.
Thank you for your prompt response but hope I don't need to post again on same subject
