Hi All
I'm almost at the end of my contract and I've had at least three calls from the retention team. The problem is though the deals offered are just the same as the standard pnes on the VF home page and in no way reflect the fact I've been with VF over 10 years plus with a 2 second Google I can beat them.
How do I get to speak to an someone empowered to cut a reasonable deal ?
