Actually it is not sorted, I only have access. The system still will not let me see any bills. I spent 4 hours talking with Customer Care Team last week and they passed it on to somebody else. I was expecting a call within 48 hours, that did not happen but I didn't really expect one anyway. I have had several "escalations" on this matter over the last few months, none of which have resulted in a call back. What would be courteous is for somebody to at least call and say "We don't know what it is, but we're working on it", fat chance of that. I'm talking with my solicitor about this now, there are several contract breaches in this case and the poor customer service is top of the list.

Another psvita unhappy customer! Vodafone have always been rubbish and wish vita would have chosen o2,which are by far the leading operator! Get it sorted vodafone!!!

I'm having a similar problem when trying to register my account for my PSVita.

 

I was trying to create the account so I can top-up, but it would not work even when trying over several days.

Instead, I used the top-up option online without making an account to top up my ps vita's pay as you go balance.

 

I've recently been told that I may not receive my wipeout 2048 code because I didn't top up with the account through the console, even though I couldn't actually make an account.

 

Can you help with this?

The problem i have is that vodafone will not let me register my sim card,its a psvita sim im trying to register,i get to the online registration form,an i fill all the spaces in an then click the finish registration button,an it comes up with some stupid "business exception" whatever that means??? Im gettin tired and frustrated,an im starting to think ive done the wrong thing in buying a top of the range console with vodafone coverage! Can u please reply to this msg with atleast one piece of information that atleast helps,instead of trying to sound clever an do sod all. Many thanks. Adz1407

Still wont ket me register! An still no reply from any vodafone employee! Think a nice written letter of complaint will be heading vodafones way! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE VODA! BAD!

Take back all i said about vodafone customer care. My apoligies voda team! Theres still one small problem,i paid the £5 top up to get my wipeout 2048 code an i havnt recieved this. Hope you can help. Sorry to be a pain.

got to be a problem you can fix .. come on please .. been with vodafone for years with out problems .. try to make an account for my vita and i cant do it ... you know about it so why cant you fix it ? .

I am also getting this same error...... What is up with Vodafone lately, I had to phone the helpline a couple weeks ago and the guy I spoke to didn't have a clue!

 

 

Please can I get this error fixed so I can register the SureSignal box!
