Stop the clock.

Did try and email you ace people on the forum but some crappy customer service answered it :smileysad:. to cut a long story short, i returned an upgrade and you were unable to put me back on to my old contract. The reason  I have stayed with voda is because of stop the clock. So why couldn't my account be reverted back to the original price plan with stop the clock included?

I am seriously thinking about leaving voda now as the one thing that kept me with you is now not available, and considering wasn't my fault the upgrade was poor signal quality, I can't understand why i've been transfered to a totally different price plan.

sorry to moan guys, but you're the only people that talk sence at vodafone

Re: Stop the clock.

Hi dappymare.

Sorry to keep you waiting, but we do run a strict first come, first served service when replying to posts, so there can sometime be a small wait for a reply.

I'll need to look at your specific account details before I can see how I can assist with this issue. As this is something that can't be discussed on a public forum, I have sent an email to you to facilitate this. If you can kindly complete and return this, I'll be happy to look into this matter for you.
