Pay monthly services

My contract expires on 20th March. As I'd prefer to wait for the arrival of Windows 8, I would like to move over to a 12 month SIM only contract. At the moment, Vodafone are offering £13 per month for 300 mins / 500mb. Orange have the same contract, but for £10.50 a month. Could someone contact me to discuss any better offers that are available?
