Tarrif problem

Hi,

Please can someone help. I have been with VF for 2 years (came from O2) and this is the first time I have had any problems:

  • I upgraded on line 3 weeks ago from a BB to the HTC Sensation . - and paid £129.00 for the handset,  and my tarrif also when up from £20.00 to £30.00.
  • When the handset arrived arrived the HTC Sensation was faulty (no sound and kept rebooting) so I exchanged it straight away for another HTC Sensation handset.
  • This was also faulty (battery lasted 2 hours from full charge) -  so, I returned it this time in exchange for for a Blackberry (had enough of HTC by now).

The BB Torch works great and I am very happy with it.  I am a light user and would never excede my call of data allowence, so £30.00 is great.

My problem is that I have just been invoiced for £85.78 -  which on the invoice says that there is £50.00 for the equipment.

What has happened to the £129.00 I paid for the HTC handset - I assumed that I would get a refund or credit, as this payment was for the handset which was returned as faulty.

Called 191 who said they could not help - that I should email VF

(I did have trouble with my tarrif last week and was passed from pillar to post -  until I was finally helped by the Chaps here.)
