Technical difficulties in your call centre

I've just called 191 and asked to be transferred to the 'transfer of ownership' team. I was told there technical difficulties and they wouldn't be able to transfer my call. They gave me a direct number for the team which conveniently costs 15p a minute! I do not think I should have to pay for the call when it is your customer service centre having technical problems. Please could someone advise when these problems have been solved please so I can try again? Thanks Nida

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you tried to contact us when the Transfer of Ownership Team were offline temporarily. We endeavour to avoid issues in our contact centres but despite our best efforts even the biggest companies like ourselves can be susceptible to technical hiccups. :smileywink:

If you're not looking to use the direct dial 08700 719038 number and you've not yet had a chance to set this sorted, you're more than welcome to call 191 free from your handset to get transferred. I've just tried the service on my own number and they were able to pop me through no problem. :smileyhappy:
