Hi,

I want to cancel my contract which is due to finish on the 23rd of December 2011.

What would I be charged & how do I go about it?

from what I have read they charge you for the remaining months minus vat and 2% of final bill. Also beware they ask for 30 days notice. Best thing to do is ring and hope they answer. If they do ask for the code to transfere your number once you pass the code onto your new provider they will shut the account and bill you the difference.

pippasdvision is spot on with the info here - you'll need to give 30 dsays notice to terminate and you'll have to pay your line rental to the end of your contract.
