Hi, I am new to the forum and I had a few problems I was hoping I could get some help with.

1. I have recently moved but am unable to update my account details online as I keep getting a validation error. As I have recently mioved house and am looking to upgrade it is important that I can change my address at least.

2. I work for Sainsbury's and have heard that I can get a discount through the Employee Advantage scheme. However I am unable to find out anywhere whether or not I am able to apply for this. Can anyone confirm whether Sainsbury's employees are eligible?

1. Best if you need to update your address details to either use the email us section or call customer services on 191.
