Unable to access "My Account".

I am unable to access my account.

 

When I try, I receive this error code (and only this) in the top left of the page:

 

Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

 

I have attempted to access my account using Firefox, IE and Google Chrome.

 

Is there a problem that we are unaware of?

same problem here using Firefox and IE, seems they don't want to let us upgrade to a 12 month sim using the twitter 50% off promotion...lol....

Yep, I'm getting this problem AGAIN also. Happens at least once a week now. My Vodafone App on Android not working AGAIN either!!

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I'VE TRIED USING 3 DIFFERENT MACHINES AND 5 DIFFERENT BROWSERS.  I SPENT 45 MINUTES ON THE PHONE TO VODAFONE WHO INSISTED THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AT THEIR END.  THEN THEY SAID IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNT AND IT NEEDS TO BE REBUILT.  WHEN I EXPLAINED (AGAIN!) THAT I DON'T GET TO THE POINT OF ENTERING MY LOGIN DETAILS THEY WENT TO SPEAK TO THEIR TECHNICAL TEAM AGAIN.  WHEN THEY CAME BACK THEY SAID THERE IS A PROBLEM AFTER ALL AND I SHOULD TRY IN AN HOUR OR SO. That WAS 3 HOURS AGO.  SAME PROBLEM STILL. 

 

I ONLY WANTED TO ADD A PHONE AND GIVE THEM MORE MONEY.  I FORGET HOW AWFUL THEY ARE UNTIL I WANT TO CHANGE SOMETHING OR HAVE A PROBLEM - THEN I ALWAYS EXPERIENCE THE FULL BRUNT OF THEIR ORGANISED INCOMPETENCE.  TIME TO MOVE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER I THINK (WITH TREPIDATION - THEY MAY ALL BE AS BAD!

*sigh* Now I get this:

 

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /dispatch/Portal/appmanager/vodafone/wrp.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

 


Vodafone really need to get their backsides in gear over this.

Hi guys,

 

The issues we were experiencing with My Account have now been resolved.  Can you give it another go for me and let us know? You may need to clear your cache and cookies to clear the error from your browser.

I'm getting the same issue with error;

Many thanks for your post about being unable to log in to My Account.

 

Have you tried again since you posted as it may have been a temporary glitch. Also, have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or even an alternate browser to overcome the error message?

 

If none of the above suggestions work then I'll be happy to help.

I am also receiving the same error merssage when trying to access my account. I want to register Sure Signal, but unable to do so due to this error. Please advise urgently.

Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp This looks like a temporary glitch thats not so temporary more like ongoing but the "TechTeam" guys are working on it and have been for some months now and an update from someone in the Team today would be really nice as it looks likr I'm not the only one getting this fault (please stand up and be counted) thanks MacTully

I get the same message:

I cleared cache / history etc.

 

Looks like many people have same problem, can a solution not be posted up?

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue too. I appreciate how annoying this must be for you.

 

Have you tried any different browsers at all? (FireFox, IE, Opera, Chrome eg)
