We previously had two Contract phones on the account. However, as one has now been switched to PaYG, we can no longer access our online account for the other phone.
We either receive "Account deactivated" message, or if we try and sign-up with the other number, we receive "number already in use" message.

I recently converted my main number to payg but still have 2 active pay monthly contracts.
Can you re-enable my login with one of my other numbers as the default?
