Hi, I've been unable to login to my account for the past couple of months or so, just get the error message -
There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again or contact us.
- Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes.
I've tried changing my password, logging in on different browers, but nothing seems to want to work. Even sending an email to customer support isn't working.
Help would be appreciated.

If its been for that long its unlikely to be something simple - u can call CS on 191 and get your online account/password reset - i think if its tried unsuccessfully too may times it get "blocked" and you get error messages
